The meal was delicious and unusual and was accompanied by different wines for each of the five courses. Tonight we dined at the Chefs Table and were joined by Doug and Toni a very nice couple from New Jersey, USA.

A revelation.ДЄt first glance Aalborg doesnвЂ™t look like it has much to offer, but as Jakob, our guide, steered us through the pedestrian shopping streets we discovered areas steeped back in the 15th and 16th century and were told tales of Vikings and witches, thieves, rascals, henchmen all running beserk. However, just as we docked the sun came out and remained out for the rest of the day. Through the pouring rain the ship sailed majestically through the narrow channel towards the small town of Aalborg, Denmark.
